Worship

Worship is the heart of our life together.  We meet regularly as a community to worship the loving God who made us, revealed as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  We invite you to join us Sundays 10:00am.

Acolyte – help lead the worship service, serve as crucifer, torch bearers, banner bearer, book bearer and altar server, vest and process at worship.

Altar Guild – prayerfully prepare for the worship service, dress the altar, set out the gifts, set out the vestments, tend the sacristy, replenish the candles, clean and polish the altar ware, clean the church, decorate the church for holidays, pray for the priest.

Choir – music ministry for worship and fun; singers, instrumentalists and willing learners welcome.

Eucharistic Minister – help the priest prepare the altar for Eucharist, distribute the wine at Communion, vest and process for worship.

Eucharistic Visitor – bring Communion to those who cannot regularly get to worship.

Flower Ministry – donate and arrange flowers for worship services including Sundays, holidays, funerals and weddings.

Lector – Read Scripture aloud during worship services.

Usher – greet worshippers, distribute Sunday bulletin, guide guests, pass the collection plate, pick up the church after worship, and generally help host our time with God and one another on Sunday mornings, holidays and special events.
